This pre­sen­ta­tion dis­cuss­es the his­to­ry of Plas­ma Dis­charge Devices.

Cur­rent research indi­cates that these devices were orig­i­nal­ly devel­oped by Nico­la Tes­la, as an off­shoot of his ener­gy research.
